Refund and Exchange Policy
Receiving wrong or defective items in your order:

Please take photos or videos of the relevant items as evidence within 7 days after receiving the goods.

Contact us via e-mail (cs@ampm.day) , along with the corresponding order number.

After our customer service confirmed the return/exchange, please keep the original package and return the products in their original condition.

Upon inspection and confirmation to accept your refund/exchange request, we will arrange for replacement or arrange a refund to your payment account.
The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

The customer changes their mind after purchase

The product has been opened or used

The customer experiences a sensitive reaction to the purchased product. Please note that our formulas are designed to avoid common allergens. However, individual reactions to different ingredients may vary, and no skincare product can guarantee 100% non-irritant for everyone

The external packaging (e.g., the paper box) is damaged, but the product remains intact

The customer is unable to provide relevant photos or videos to demonstrate the damage
Cancellation of Order
If a customer cancels a confirmed order, the company will handle the request at its discretion, depending on the delivery status. Please understand that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check and confirm the quantity of the products before signing.

We are not responsible for any mistyped delivery address provided by the customer.

We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or for any duties or fees required by customs.

All delivery charges related to the exchange process will be borne by the customer. However, delivery charges may be waived if the exchange is due to quality issues.

In the event that delivery cannot be completed within 14 days of the purchase date due to the customer's inability to receive the products, or if the customer fails to communicate with us regarding alternative delivery options, the company reserves the right to handle the products as it deems appropriate, without further notification.

If the delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, any additional shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

All refunds will be made via the original payment method. (For example, if the order was paid with a credit card ending in 0000, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card)
In case of any dispute, ampm reserves the right to make the final decision and amend the above terms and restrictions without prior notice.
